Tall Ship Adventures received Government Business Recovery Assistance to engage a Business Mentor to establish Business and Environmental Management Systems which responded to the impact on the region from TC Debbie and developed the product focus on the delivery of interpretation which enhanced guest experience.
Fiona delivered an onboard Eco Guide professional development day to enable each guide to link their interpretive activity to a central story telling theme and contribute to the development of an Interpretation Management Plan.
Tallship Adventures were recognised at QLD State Tourism Awards winning Silver in the Ecotourism category and Gold in the Whitsunday Regional Tourism Awards.

The Canyoning Tours approvals enabled the launch of a unique product in Cairns which immerses visitors in a pristine rainforest environment to combine adventure with natural wonder. The inclusion of quality nature-based interpretation both enhances the customers’ experience and serves to differentiate FNQ Canyoning as a ‘Hero Experience’.
